Project preparation

  • What is PSD?

    PSD is the abbreviation we use to determine the format of graphic files provided by clients. It belongs to the Adobe Photoshop family. Adobe Photoshop is one of the most popular professional graphic programs for designing web interfaces and websites.

  • In what format should I prepare the files I want to send?

    To accurately estimate and start the project, you need files in the PSD format supported by the Adobe Photoshop program.

  • Using fonts and images under commercial licenses

    If you have files with fonts used on the project, attach them in the second step of the online valuation form.
    The license of both fonts and images must allow for their placement on websites.

  • How to properly prepare graphic elements in a PSD file?

    • Each graphic element must be a separate layer
    • The texts must be a text layer (not the raster layer)
    • Simple, one-color graphic elements such as icons must be either vector layers or separate SVG files
    • Graphic files must show all states of the elements, for example collapsed and expanded menu, :hover, :focus button states etc.
  • How to adjust graphic project to RWD requirments?

    RWD graphic set should have 3 types of visualization:
    • for smartphones
    • for tablets
    • for laptops and PC’s.
    You can also send us just one type of visualization, for example laptop/PC type, and we will adjust the site to mobile devices according to the rules of creating user interface.

  • How long will PSD conversion take?

As soon as you send us your PSD files, you will receive a very precise time schedule together with final costs. The time deadlines we offer you are always kept, and in case of delay, you would receive a financial allowance.

  • How can I communicate with the team that's working on my project?

    For the time of the project and the warranty period, you get access to a dedicated technical support, which you can use for submitting comments, correspondence and addressing further development work on your project. Everything is in one place, well-organized and very clear.

  • Can project get delayed?

    We have many years of experience and we know how to accurately estimate a project. We always tell you the accurate time needed, even if you are in a hurry. The only “delay” scenario possible is when you expend the work trusted to us during the project. Then we will make corrections on the schedule.

Warranty and maintenance

  • For what period is the warranty granted?

    The default warranty period for our services is 1 year, however, if necessary, you can extend this time up to 3 years!

  • What does the warranty cover?

    The warranty covers all errors resulting from incorrect development of our code. If a part of the site looks incorrect in any of the browsers ordered - you can report it to us at any time and we will promptly apply the correction.

  • What is technical support and is it worth buying?

    Technical support is expressed in a working hour package that we can devote to your project and can be modified and refined to your needs. You can chose from various hourly packages. They are valid for a year and can be used for any works realted to your web service. Is it worth it? Yes, especially if you are planning further development of the project. It is worth purchasing this option in advance to make the most affordable choice.

  • How quickly are warranty claims processed?

    Processing the warranty claims usually takes up to 5 business days. In case you have purchased technical support - your applications are processed as a priority within 1 workday.

  • Can I extend the warranty?

    Of course. The default warranty period is one year; however, it can be extended up to 3 years. Extension can be made only during the first year of a warranty.
